The Prime F. Osborn III Convention Center is a versatile venue with plenty of room for small or large events. The 265,000-square-foot building boasts two exhibition halls, several ballrooms and meeting spaces.

The venue has hosted events like the Jacksonville Home & Patio Show, the Southern Women's Show, Christmas Made in the South and other community events.

The convention center was built incorporating Jacksonville's Union Station. The JTA has plans to re-open passenger travel down the Florida East Coast Railway and eventually a commuter rail, making the Prime F. Osborn III Convention Center a railroad terminal as well.
